p62在NSCLC组织中的表达及其与化疗效果的关系

目的 探讨自噬相关蛋白p62在非小细胞肺癌患者中的表达及其与化疗效果的关系.方法 选择60例确诊为NSCLC并接受联合化疗患者,并选择同期诊断为肺部良性疾病60例患者的外周血标本作为对照,采用免疫组化检测各组织标本中p62表达,ELISA检测患者外周血p62水平.结果 ①与对照组相比,NSCLC组p62高表达,化疗前后NSCLC患者外周血p62表达量及阳性表达率存在显著差异(P<0.05);②化疗有效者与无效者p62阳性率存在显著差异(P<0.05).结论 自噬相关蛋白p62在非小细胞肺癌呈高表达,且p62表达与NSCLC化疗效果有关,可作为NSCLC肿瘤指标及预测因子之一.

The Expression of p62 in NSCLC and the Relationship with Chemotherapy

Objective To analyze autophagy-associated protein p62 in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC and ex-plore the relationship between the expression of p 62 and the chemotherapy effect .Methods IHC were adopted to detected ex-pression levels of p62 in NSCLC lung tissues .Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to investigate the expression of p62 in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC and benign lung diseases in our hospital at the same time .Results ①The ex-pression levels of p62 in NSCLC tumor tissues were significantly expressed .The concentrations of p62 had a significant differences between pre-chemotherapy and post-chemotherapy(P<0.05).At the same time,positive rates of post-chemotherapy p62 decline significantly;②The positive rates of p62 in peripheral blood from patients were significant different between effective and ineffec -tive group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autophagy-associated protein p62 expressed highly in tumor cells of NSCLC .The p62 in NSCLC peripheral blood has some relationship with chemotherapy and can be used as a marker and predictor for NSCLC .
