头针治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察头针介入治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁的临床疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的46例患者随机分为头针组和对照组,每组23例.头针组采用头针疗法,每日一次,每六天休息一次,连续4周.对照组给予口服百忧解胶囊,连续4周.于服药前和服药后第2、4周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行疗效评定.结果:头针组治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为73.9%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).HAMD-24评分,头针组在治疗前及治疗后2、4周与对照组相比评分显著降低(P<0.01).SDS评分结果与HAMD-24相类似.结论:头针对于治疗肿瘤相关性抑郁有明显疗效,能够改善患者情绪,提高患者的生活质量.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture treatment for cancer-related depression.Methods:Forty-six patients met the inclusion criteria were randomized into scalp acupuncture group of 23 cases and control group of 23 cases.Scalp acupuncture group,once a day,once every six days' rest,for four weeks.Control group to give oral prozac capsule for four weeks.The total scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and Side Effect Rating Scale (SERS) were recorded before the treatment and in the 2nd and 4th week of the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the scalp acupuncture group was 95.7%,and the control group was 73.9%,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The total scores of HAMD in the scalp acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the 2nd,4th week of the treatment(P <0.01).The results from SDS were similar to HAMD-24.Conclusion:The intervention with scalp acupuncture is more effective than the single drug therapy for depression with rapid onset and lower adverse reactions.
