微管相关蛋白1S在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘    要:MAP1S作为微管相关蛋白1家族的一员,在人和哺乳动物细胞内广泛存在.MAP1S不仅能够通过调节微管功能影响细胞有丝分裂进程,也在细胞自噬过程中发挥重要作用,是将自噬成分与微管和线粒体紧密联系的桥梁.越来越多的研究提示,MAP1S的低表达可导致细胞自噬功能障碍,诱导自身的氧化应激,引起DNA双螺旋裂解,导致基因不稳定性的发生,最终影响肿瘤的发生发展.本文就MAP1S的生物学功能及其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用进行综述,将为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新策略.

Abstract:As a member of microtubule-associated protein 1 family,MAP1S exists widely in both human and mammalian cells.MAP1S not only affects the procedure of cell mitosis through regulating microtubule function,but also plays an important role in cell autophagy,which bonds the autophagic components with microtubule and mitochondria.Numerous studies have suggested the down-regulated expression of MAP1S will result in dysfunction of cell autophagy,which enhances oxidative stress,triggers DNA double-strand breaking,and influences the stability of gene,eventually brings about the development of tumor.This study demonstrates the biological function of MAP1S and its impacts on tumor initiation and progression,which will provide new thoughts on tumor diagnosis and treatment.
