经导管动脉化疗栓塞术在婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中的应用价值

目的 探讨经导管动脉化疗栓塞术在婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中的应用价值.方法 将36例婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤患者根据治疗方法 的不同分为对照组(Ⅰ期手术组)18例和观察组(经导管动脉化疗栓塞术联合手术组)18例,然后统计比较2组患者的手术时间、出血量、切除组织重量、围术期的创伤应激指标及手术前后的生活质量评分.结果 观察组的手术时间短于对照组、出血量小于对照组、切除组织重量轻于对照组、创伤应激指标水平低于对照组、生活质量评分好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 经导管动脉化疗栓塞术在婴幼儿肝母细胞瘤治疗中的应用价值较好,可为手术治疗奠定良好的基础,且对患儿生存质量的改善也有积极的临床意义.

Application Value of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization on the Infants and Young Children with Hepatoblastoma

Objective To study and observe the application value of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in the infants and young children with hepatoblastoma.Methods 36 infants and young children with hepatoblastoma were divided into the control group(primary operation group)18 cases and the observation group(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with surgery group)18 cases,according to difference of treatment methods,then the operation time,blood bloss,resection tissue weight,traumatic stress indexes during the perioperative period,life quality score before and after the surgery of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the blood loss was less than that of the control group,the resection tissue weight was lighter than that of the control group,the traumatic stress indexes levels were all lower than those of the control group,the life quality score were better than those of the control group,all P<0.05,the differences of the 2 groups were all significant.Conclusion The application value of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization on the infants and young children with hepatoblastoma is higher,and it lays a good foundation for surgical treatment,so it has active significance for the improvement of life quality of infants and young children.
