硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛临床疗效

目的:观察应用硫酸吗啡缓释片在中重度癌性疼痛中的临床疗效和不良反应.方法:对2014年1月至2016年1月在西安交通大学第一附属医院康复医学科收治的67例癌症晚期患者发生中重度疼痛的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者使用硫酸吗啡缓释片,对照组患者使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片,并对比分析其临床疗效.结果:实验组患者癌性疼痛的缓解率明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(51.4% vs 26.7%,P=0.024).硫酸吗啡缓释片重度癌性疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(51.4% vs 26.7%,P=0.016),治疗后,实验组患者-Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.028).实验组患者不良反应的发生率和对照组患者无明显差异(P=0.061).结论:重度癌性疼痛患者可采用硫酸吗啡缓释片进行治疗,可显著减轻其疼痛症状,改善其生活质量,对于中度癌性疼痛患者可先使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片.

Clinical effects of morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets in the treatment of severe cancer pain

Objective:To explore the application and adverse reactions of morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.Methods:The data of 67 cases from january 2014 to january 2016 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,advanced cancer patients and in severe pain the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed,according to the different treatment will divided into the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group patients using morphine sulfate sustained release tablets for treatment,the patients in the control group using the oxycodone controlled-release tablets for treatment,and comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy.Results:The remission rate of cancer pain in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (51.4% vs 26.7%,P=0.024).Morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets in the severe cancer pain remission rate were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (51.4% vs 26.7%,P=0.016).After the treatment,the Karnofsky score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P=0.028).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and control group (P=0.061).Conclusion:Severe cancer pain patients can use morphine sulfate sustained release tablets for treatment,can significantly reduce the pain symptoms,improve the quality of life for moderate cancer pain patients can be the first to use oxycodone controlled-release tablets.
