参芪扶正注射液对肺癌阻塞性肺部感染辅助治疗的疗效分析

目的 分析参芪扶正注射液对肺癌阻塞性肺部感染辅助治疗的临床疗效.方法 选取80例肺癌合并阻塞性肺部感染患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,对照组给予常规抗菌药物(青霉素类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类等)治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予参芪扶正注射液250 mL静脉滴注,每天一次,疗程为21天,记录两组的起效时间及不良反应发生情况,分析比较两组的临床疗效.结果 实验组临床治疗有效率(92.50％)明显高于对照组(67.50％)(P＜0.05);实验组临床治疗起效时间[(6.79±1.32)天]明显短于对照组的[(10.53±1.86)天](P＜0.05);实验组治疗后1周内起效率(52.50％)明显高于对照组的(22.50％)(P＜0.05);实验组治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群cd3+、cd4+、cd8+、cd4+/cd8+的水平分别为(64.21±7.43)％、(38.52±7.12)％、(29.64±5.13)％、(1.91±0.46)％,明显高于对照组水平(P＜0.05);两组不良反应较少且程度较轻,停药后可自行缓解.结论 参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗肺癌阻塞性肺部感染有利于提高临床疗效,缩短治疗起效时间,对患者免疫力的提高有积极的促进作用.

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng Injection in the Treatment of Lung Cancer Patients with Obstructive Pulmonary Infection

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shen qi fu zheng injection in the treatment of lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infection.Methods 80 cases of lung cancer with obstructive pulmonary infection were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 40 cases,the control group was given conventional antibiotics (penicillins,cephalosporins,quinolones),the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given Shen qi fu zheng injection 250 mL of intravenous infusion once a day for 21 days,record the onset and incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups,clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment of the experimental group(92.50％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.50％),(P ＜ 0.05).The clinical treatment onset time of the experimental group (6.79 ± 1.32) d was significantly shorter than that of the control group (10.53 ± 1.86) d,(P ＜ 0.05).The treatment efficiency in 1 week of the experimental group(52.50％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (22.50％) (P ＜ 0.05).The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets cd3 + 、cd4 + 、cd8 + 、cd4 +/cd8 + were (64.21 ± 7.43) ％,(38.52 ± 7.12) ％,(29.64 ± 5.13) ％ and (1.91 ± 0.46) ％,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group,(P ＜ 0.05);Adverse reactions less of the 2 groups were less,and can be self-mitigated after drug withdrawal.Conclusion Shen qi fu zheng injection adjuvant therapy in the treatment of lung cancer patients with obstructive pulmonary infection can improve clinical efficacy,shorten treatment time,and improve the immunity of patients.
