MACC1、c-Met蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与盆腔淋巴结转移的相关性

目的 研究结肠癌转移相关基因(MACC1)和人原癌基因编码蛋白(c-Met)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与盆腔淋巴结转移的相关性.方法 应用免疫组织化学法对MACC1和c-Met蛋白在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况进行检测,分析其表达情况与盆腔淋巴结转移之间的关系.结果 MACC1和c-Met蛋白在宫颈癌组、CINⅡ~Ⅲ组和正常宫颈组中的阳性表达率比较有明显差异(P<0.05);3组间MACC1和c-Met蛋白阳性表达率进行两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).Spearman等级相关性检验结果表明,MACC1和c-Met蛋白的表达呈正相关关系(γ=0.632,P=0.000).肌层浸润深度及MACC1和c-Met蛋白阳性表达是影响宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论 MACC1和c-Met蛋白可能参与了宫颈癌的发生、发展,并与宫颈癌的侵袭转移有关,是宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移的独立高危因素,有重要的临床价值.

Expression of MACC1 and c-Met in Cervical Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Pelvic Lymph Node Metastasis

Objective To investigate the expression of MACC 1 and c-Met in cervical carcinoma and its correlation with pelvic lymph node metastasis.Methods 120 cases of patients with cervical carcinoma were selected.The expression of MACC1 and c-Met in different cervical tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry ,and the relationship between the expression of the protein and the lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of MACC 1 and c-Met in cervical car-cinoma group,CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲgroup and normal cervix group had significant difference (P<0.05);the positive expression rate of MACC1 and c-Met in cervical carcinoma group and CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲ group with normal cervix group had obvious difference ( P<0.05);the Spearman rank correlation test results showed that the expression of MACC 1 and c-Met was positively correlated (γ=0.632,P=0.000);the depth of invasion and the positive expression of MACC 1 and c-Met were independent risk factors for pel-vic lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion MACC1 and c-Met protein may be involved in the occurrence and develop-ment of cervical carcinoma ,and related to the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer ,they are independent risk factors for cer-vical cancer and pelvic lymph node metastasis ,and has important clinical value.
