ESD术对早期胃癌及癌前病变的治疗价值

目的 探究ESD术对早期胃癌及癌前病变的治疗价值.方法 选取早期胃癌或癌前病变治疗的患者66例,随机均分为A、B组.A组采用EMR内镜治疗法,B组采用内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD术).分析2组患者并发症发生率、复发率、治疗效果间的差异.结果 B组患者治疗效果总体较好,2组在并发症发生率、复发率、治疗效果方面差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 ESD术对早期胃癌及癌前病变的治疗具有较好的效果.

Value of ESD for Early Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

Objective To explore the value of ESD technique for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions.Methods 66 patients with early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions were randomly divided into 2 groups,Group A received EMR;group B received ESD.Complications,recurrence,and treatment effect of the 2 groups were analyzed.Results Group B had better overall treatment effect,there had statistically significant differences between the 2 groups in the incidence of complications,recurrence,and treatmeat effect(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion ESD for early gastric cancer and precancerous lesion has a good effect.
