经肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗对原发性肝癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的 观察经肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗对原发性肝癌(PLC)患者免疫功能的影响.方法 选取PLC患者60例,患者均行经肝动脉介入化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗,同时抽取同期60例健康献血者为对照组,检测治疗前后PLC患者和对照组的T细胞亚群、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6及转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平,对比治疗前后及正常人免疫功能.结果 病例组CD4+T、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2水平治疗前较对照组低,CD8+T及IL-6和TGFβ1水平较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);经TACE治疗后病例组CD4+T、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2水平较治疗前升高,仍低于对照组,CD8+T、IL-6和TGFβ1水平降低,仍高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 TACE治疗可以提高PLC患者免疫功能,并且对肿瘤发展抑制及转归有着积极作用.

Effects of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization on Immune Function in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) on immune function in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods 60 cases of patients with PLC,patients were treated with hepatic artery chemoembolization(TACE) treatment,60 cases of healthy blood donors was the control group,were detected before and after treatment of T cell subsets,interleukin PLC patients and control group(Su IL-2,IL-6) and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF beta 1),alpha fetoprotein(AFP) level of immune function before and after treatment were compared.Results the cases of group CD4+T,CD4+/CD8+,IL-2 before treatment was lower than that of the control group,CD8+T and IL-6 and TGF beta 1 higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);after TACE treatment group CD4+T,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 were higher than that before treatment was lower than the control group,CD8+T,IL-6 and TGF beta the 1 level was reduced,was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion TACE can improve the immune function of patients with PLC,and has a positive effect on tumor inhibition and prognosis.
