宫颈癌放化疗联合热疗的疗效及MRI对其评价的临床价值

目的 探讨MRI影像学方法对放化疗联合热疗治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效的评价价值.方法 选取58例宫颈癌患者,随机分为联合组(29例)和对照组(29例).联合组采用放化疗联合热疗治疗,对照组采用单纯的放化疗治疗,2组疗程均为5～6周.评价2组治疗前后MRI成像及ADC值在宫颈癌放化疗联合热疗治疗后监测肿瘤变化的价值.结果 联合组和对照组的肿瘤缓解率分别为72.41％和61.72％;联合组、对照组患者治疗后ADC均值较之前均有所升高,且联合组ADC均值(1.99±0.28)高于对照组(1.54±0.25);P均＜0.05,数据具有统计学意义.结论 联合组治疗宫颈癌疗效优于对照组,MRI具有无辐射、无创伤等优点,能通过影像及ADC值检测肿瘤的生长及变化,在宫颈癌治疗的疗效评价中起着重要作用.

Clinical Efficacy of Radiation and Chemotherapy Combined with Hyperthermia for Cervical Cancer and Value of MRI Evaluation

Objective To study the evaluation of MRI imaging on the clinical efficacy radiation and chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia for cervical cancer.Methods 58 cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the joint group (29 cases) and the control group (29 cases).a treatment period was 5 ～6 weeks,the joint group was treated with radiation and chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia,while the control group received pure radiation and chemotherapy treatment.MRI imaging evaluation of the 2 groups before and after treatment and ADC values in cervical cancer radiation and chemotherapy combined with the value of the tumor changes after heat treatment.Results The tumor response rate of the joint group and the control group were 72.41％ and 61.72％ respectively.Mter treatment,ADC increased in both groups than the ADC before treatment,and the 1.99 ± 0.28 average ADC in the joint group was higher than the 1.54 ± 0.25 average ADC in the control group with P ＜ 0.05.There had statistically significant difference.Conclusion Combined treatment group for cervical cancer has better curative effect than the control group.MRI has the advantages of no radiation,no trauma,and it can detect tumor growth and change through images and ADC values,it play an important role in the evaluation of curative effect of cervical cancer.
