丙胺酰谷氨酰胺注射液对食管癌术后患者半乳糖凝集素-3、D-二聚体及环氧合酶-2的影响分析

目的分析丙胺酰谷氨酰胺注射液对食管癌术后患者半乳糖凝集素-3、D-二聚体及环氧合酶-2的影响。方法选择进行食管癌手术的患者148例,随机分为观察组和对照组,采用不同的营养方法,记录2组患者治疗前后的Gal-3,DD、COX-2水平和IgG、IgA、IgM。结果治疗前,2组患者的Gal-3(t=0.288)、DD(t=0.137)、COX-2(t=0.292)水平比较,P均>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,2组患者的Gal-3(t=3.847)、DD(t=6.938)、COX-2(t=5.635)水平比较,P均<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。2组患者治疗后Gal-3、DD、COX-2水平均较治疗前降低,但观察组较对照组降低程度高。治疗前,2组患者的IgG(t=0.109)、IgA(t=0.392)、IgM(t=0.112)水平比较,P均>0.05,差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,2组患者的IgG(t=4.762)、IgA(t=3.727)、IgM(t=3.822)水平比较,P均<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。2组患者治疗后IgG较治疗前升高,IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组变化程度高。结论丙胺酰谷氨酰胺注射液可改善食管癌患者术后体液免疫状况,而且治疗后可显著降低患者的Gal-3、DD、COX-2水平,因此其可用于食管癌患者术后营养治疗。

Study on the Effect of Alanyl-glutamine Injection on Galectin-3,D-dimer and Cyclooxygenase-2 of Patients with Esophagus Cancer after Operation

Objective To explore the effect of Alanyl-glutamine on Galectin-3,D-dimer and Cyclooxygenase-2 of pa-tients with esophagus cancer after operation .Methods 148 patients with esophagus cancer after operation were randomly divided into the control and the experimental groups .The patients were treated by different nutritional support .Compared the levels of Gal-3,DD,COX-2,IgG,IgA and IgM of the 2 groups before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effects of the different nutrition -al support.Results There were no significant difference in Gal-3(t=0.288),DD(t=0.137) and COX-2(t=0.292)between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant difference in Gal-3(t=3.847),DD(t=6.938) and COX-2(t=5.635)between the 2groups after treatment(P<0.05).The level of Gal-3,DD and COX-2 after treatment between the 2 groups was much lower than before treatment.There were no significant difference in IgG(t=0.109),IgA(t=0.392) and IgM(t=0.112) between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant difference in IgG(t=4.762),IgA(t=3.727) and IgM(t=3.822) between the 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05).The level of IgG was higher and the level of IgA、IgM was lower after treatment than before treatment .Conclusion The Alanyl-glutamine injection can improve murine humoral immune function of patients with esophagus cancer after operation ,significantly reduce the level of Gal-3,DD and COX-2,so the Alanyl-glutamine injection can be used for nutritional support of the patients with esophagus cancer after operation .
