摘 要: | 目的 探讨2型糖尿病血糖、血脂代谢情况与甲状腺癌发病的相关性.方法 将467例门诊确诊为2型糖尿病的患者纳入研究组,同时将同期健康体检者200例纳入对照组.检测入选者血清血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平并进行统计分析.结果 观察组甲状腺癌的发病率为9.2%,显著高于对照组的1.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组血清TC、TG和LDL-C明显高于对照组,HDL-C明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.观察组患者血清FT3显著高于对照组,TSH显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂紊乱会增加甲状腺癌的发病率,可能是通过影响甲状腺激素的分泌实现的.

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between blood glucose ,blood lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus and thyroid carcinoma .Methods Collected 467 patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes as the study group ,while col-lected 100 healthy volunteers as the control group .Detected the serum glucose ( GLU) ,cholesterol ( TC) ,triglyceride ( TG) ,high density lipoprotein (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) free three iodine thyroid original ammonia acid (FT3),free thy-roxine (FT4) and promote thyroid hormone (TSH) levels,and then analyzed.Results The incidence of thyroid cancer in the observation group was 9.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (1.5%),and the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).Serum TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant ,P<0.05.Observation group of patients with serum FT 3 was significantly higher than the control group , TSH was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients with blood glucose and blood lipid disorders will increase the incidence of thyroid cancer ,may be achieved through the effect of thyroid hormone secretion . |
