护理干预对初治肺结核患者负性心理情绪和生活质量的影响

目的观察护理干预对初治肺结核患者负性心理情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月在我所住院治疗的60例初治肺结核患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将60例入选患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各30例。对照组予常规内科护理，干预组在常规护理基础上给予系统化护理措施，比较两组干预前后SAS评分和SDS评分变化及干预后两组的生活质量各项目评分水平。结果两组干预后的SAS评分及SDS评分均较干预前明显降低，且干预组较对照组降低更显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。干预组的生活质量各项目评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对初治肺结核患者实施系统的护理干预措施，有利于改善患者的负性心理情绪，提高患者的生活质量。

Nursing intervention on negative psychological mood and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on the negative psychological mood and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012,60 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis according to the random number table were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each of 30 cases. Control group was given conventional medical care while the intervention group given routine care on the basis of a systematic care measures, scores of SAS and SDS were compared before and after the interven- tion rating score comparison of the quality of life of the two groups in the change and after the intervention. Results SAS scores of the two groups after the intervention and SDS score significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the intervention group compared with the control group decreased more significantly, significant difference, P 〈 0.05. Intervention group, the quality of life of each project scores were significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences exist significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The implementation of the system of care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis interventions conducive to improve the patient＇s negative psychological, to improve the quality of life of patients.
