复方丹参滴丸与单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合治疗不稳定心绞痛效果分析

目的探讨不稳定心绞痛患者采用复方丹参滴丸和单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合治疗后的临床效果。方法选取来我院治疗的236例不稳定心绞痛患者，分为观察组129例，口服复方丹参滴丸及静点单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合治疗，对照组107例，静点单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗，比较两组心绞痛的治疗效果、心电图的疗效及心功能指标。结果观察组心绞痛有效率、心电图有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组及对照组的SV、CO、LEVF均显著升高，观察组改善的程度更显著（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参滴丸和单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合治疗不稳定心绞痛能够使患者的心绞痛症状、心绞痛缺血性心电图及心功能指标得到显著的改善。

The effect of unstable angina patients treated with danshen dripping pill joint single isosorbide dinitrate injection

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unstable angina patients treated with danshen dripping pill joint single isosorbide dinitrate injection. Methods All of 236 cases of unstable angina were selected in our hospital, there were 129 cases in observation group, given oral compound danshen dripping pill and static point isosorbide mononitrate injectionjoint fluid therapy, 107 cases in the control group, given static carte isosorbide dinitrate injection therapy, the efficacy of the therapeutic,ECG and cardiac function indicators in two groups were compared. Results The observation group angina effective rate and ECG effective rate were higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. SV, CO, LEVF in the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly increased, the degree of improvement in the observation group more significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound danshen dripping pill and isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with the treatment of unstable angina patients with angina symptoms, angina the ischemic electrocardiogram and heart function indicators significantly improved.
