椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折脱位的远期疗效

目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折后路椎弓根钉内固定术的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年10月~2006年10月我院收治胸腰椎骨折患者42例,行后路椎弓根钉内固定术38例,骨折愈合后,行椎弓根钉取出术38例。通过对这38例病例行回顾性分析,分别测量不同时期伤椎楔变角,后凸角及椎间隙高度。结果:该组病例经椎弓根内固定术后,伤椎楔变角,后凸角及椎间隙高度等指标均得到明显恢复。结论:椎弓根钉内固定系统是治疗胸腰段骨折的有效方法,恢复椎体高度,矫正了后凸畸形,同时增加了脊柱的稳定性,促进神经系统功能恢复,远期临床效果满意。

The long-term efficacy of pedide screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture

Objective To study the clinical efficacy posterior pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Method A retrospective analysis from October 2005 to October 2006 in our hospital was made on 42 cases wath thoracolumbar fractures, posterior pedicle screw fixation for 38 cases of fracture healing, pedicle screw removal of 38 cases. Injuries were measured in different periods of vertebral wedge angle, kyphosis angle and intervertebral space height. Results The case of the pedicle fixation, trauma vertebral wedge angle, kyphosis angle and intervertebral space height, and other indicators were obviously resume. Conclusion Pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is effective way to restore vertebral height, corrected kyphosis, and increase the stability of the spine, promote functional is pecovery of the nervous system to promote functional recovery, the long-term clinical results is satisfactory.
