| 摘 要： | 1986年7月至1987年6月,对湖北省麻城示范县308例0～5岁急性腹泻婴幼儿和185名同龄健康婴幼儿粪便作了病原体检测。结果发现,腹泻儿粪便病原体总检出率为61.7％,健康儿为18.4％。前者粪便中轮状病毒、志贺菌和致泻性大肠杆菌检出率分别为18.5％、15.9％和12.3％,后者的致泻性大肠杆菌和轮状病毒检出率分别为6.5％和4.9％。冬春季轮状病毒阳性率最高,而夏秋季志贺菌阳性率最高。

| Abstract: | Stool samples of 308 0-5-year-old children with acute diarrhea and 185 healthy children of the same age had been examined for some diarrhoeal agents from July, 1986 to June, 1987 in Machen County, Hubei Province. The results showed that the total detected rates of the agents in faeces among children with diarrhea and healthy ones were 61.7 % and 18.4 % respectively. Rotation virus (RV), Shigella and coli bacterium causing diarrhea detected rates for the cases were respectively 18.5 %, 15.9 % and 12.3 %, coli bacterium and RV carrying rate for healthy children was 6.5 % and 4.9 % respectively. The highest positive rate of RV was observed in summer and autumn, while that of Shigella was noted in winter and spring. |
