| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)测定的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)对前列腺癌及其他前列腺疾病患者中的PSA进行测定。结果:前列腺癌患者血清PSA灵敏度为6 7.5 % ,特异性为98.2 % ,诊断效率为85 .3%。结论:血清PSA是一种有临床应用价值的肿瘤标志物。它的测定有助于临床诊断前列腺癌。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the significance o f measuring the serum prostate specific antigen(PSA).Metheds The pr ostate specific antigen(PSA) of Carcinoma of prostate and other prorate deases p a tient's were examined using enzyme linked inmunosorbent assay (ELISA).R e sults The experiment shows:The serum prostate specific antigen(PSA)sensiti vity was 67.5 % specificity 98.2 % accuracy 93.6 % in Carcinoma of prostat pa tient.Conclusions The serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA)is an a vailable Tumor Markets it will lend a hand to diagnose Carcinoma of prostat. |
