先天性尿道下裂患者围手术期护理

目的:对尿道下裂患者给予护理及对家长全面的指导,使其能正确对待疾病,积极配合治疗,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。方法:不同年龄的患者及父母给予心理支持,重视术前护理及术后康复护理;配合合理的饮食及康复指导,防止并发症发生。结果:所有患者及家属都能积极配合手术,顺利完成治疗。结论:在尿道下裂治疗中护理工作占有十分重要的地位,加强对患者及家长的护理有利于提高治疗效果。

Peri-operation nursing care of patients with congenital hypospadias

Objective: To improve operative successful rate and decrease complications of hypospadias operation by providing the patients and his parents overall nursing care to obtain their cooperation. Methods: To administer the children and parents psychological support, and pay more attention on the care of drainage tubes and perineal cleaning, supplying with appropriate diet and rehabilitation instructions. Results: The patients and families could cooprate the operation actively ,so the therapy could finish successfully. Conclusions: Nursing care plays a remarkably important role in the therapy of hypospadias, which should be strengthened in clinic practices.
