| 摘 要： | 目的探讨母婴分离产妇护理管理的新模式。方法根据母婴分离后产妇特殊的身心变化,采取支持-帮助-教育的方法,即给予心理支持,早期乳房护理干预和有针对性的健康宣教。结果通过主动实施护理干预,可缓解产妇焦虑情绪,降低乳房肿胀发生率,提高母乳喂养率,提升对护理工作的满意度。结论对母婴分离产妇主动实施护理干预,为寻求新的护理模式提供了经验。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the new model of nursing management for puerperal women apart from their newborns.Method In order to harmonize the special physical and mental changes of puerperal women apart from their newborns,a new model of support-help-education(that is to provide psychological support,early mammary nursing,and pertinent health education) was practiced.Results The active nursing intervention alleviated the anxiety of puerperal women apart from their newborns,decreased the accident rate of mammary swelling,improved the rate of breast feeding and promoted the patients' satisfaction with nursing service.Conclusion Taking active nursing intervention for puerperal women apart from their newborns offered experience for exploring new model of nursing management in the future. |
