脑内多发海绵状血管瘤的扩散张量成像研究

摘    要:目的利用DTI分析脑内海绵状血管瘤与神经纤维束关系.方法 GE 3.0T扫描仪对脑内多发海绵状血管瘤病例行常规MRI和扩散张量成像.脑内多发海绵状血管瘤10处,分布于右侧颞叶、双侧额叶、右侧底节区、左侧枕叶.测量病灶及正常侧FA、ADCaveg、RA行统计学分析,DTV 1.5显示神经纤维束.结果病灶及正常侧ADCaveg无明显差异(P>0.05);FA及RA差异有显著性(P<0.05).DTI fiber tracking病灶内有神经纤维及通过病灶穿行.结论脑内海绵状血管瘤病灶内有神经组织存在.

Abstract:Objective To exhibit the relationship between multiple cerebral cavernous hemangioma and neural fibers with DTI fiber tracking technique. Methods Conventional MRI and diffusion tensor imaging were performed in a 13-year-old girl with multiple cerebral cavernous hemangioma by 3.0T head MRI. Ten foci in cerebral areas were located in right temporal lobe, bilateral frontal lobes, right basal ganglia, and left occipital lobe. FA, ADCaveg, and RA of the lesions and contralateral normal areas were measured and statistically analyzed. DTV 1.5 software fiber tracking demonstrated neural fibers through lesions. Results DTI showed significant difference ( P <0.05) of FA and RA between lesions and normal areas. DTI fiber tracking by using seed technique showed the neural fibers through cerebral cavernous hemangioma lesions. Conclusion DTI shows that there are neural fibers in the lesions of cavernous hemangioma.
