| 摘 要： | 目的 :应用恩丹西酮预防小儿氯胺酮麻醉围术期恶心、呕吐的发生率。方法 :随机选择 30例小儿唇裂整形术患儿 ,分为恩丹西酮组 ( 1 5例 )和对照组 ( 1 5例 ) ,全部采用氯胺酮麻醉。氯胺酮给药 1 0min后 ,经静脉缓慢注入恩丹西酮或安慰剂进行双盲法研究 ;结果 :安慰剂组恶心、呕吐发生率为 2 0 %、5 3 33% ;恩丹西酮组恶心、呕吐发生率为 2 6 7%、6 6 7% (P <0 0 5 ) ;结论 :恩丹西酮适用小儿氯胺酮麻醉围术期恶心呕吐的预防 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the effects of ondansetron on the prevention of perioperative nausea and vomiting when children were taken with ketamine anesthesia.Methods;A randomized,double blind and placebo-controlled trial of 30 children were studied.They were scheduled for cheiloplastic operation with ketamine anesthesia and 10 minutes later ondansetron (test group) or 5% glucose was injected intravenously (placebo group).Results:The nausea and vomiting recurrence rate were 26.57% and 6.67% in test group respectively and 20% and 53.33% in placebo group(p<005).Conclusion:The administration of ondansetron intravenously could be an effective prevention for perioperative nausea and vomiting when ketamine anesthesia inchildren. |
