| 摘 要： | 本文报告了我院1976～1987年收治的11例雅克什综合征。其病因是由于营养缺乏,长期慢性反复感染史、严重营养性贫血、肝脾肿大,尤以脾大明显,有明显佝偻病表现,周围血白细胞增多,出现幼粒、幼红细胞。11例中90％来自农村,因此提出:加强农村儿童保健,合理喂养是防止本征发生关键。

| Abstract: | This paper reports Jacod's Syndrome of 11 cases treated during 1976 to 1987 in our hospital. The etiology of the disease is malnutrition, chronic infection anemia, hepatomegaly, and repeated infection. We suggest that child's hygiene., rational feeding must be strengthened in countryside. all of these are the key to prevention of this disease |
