| 摘 要： | 目的研究ＣＳ２接触浓度与肾功能损伤的关系。方法对车间空气浓度、接触工龄及１８０名接触二硫化碳（ＣＳ２）作业工人和９０名同厂不接触ＣＳ２工人（对照组）尿蛋白值进行分析。结果ＣＳ２接触工人尿β２微球蛋白（β２ＭＧ）和白蛋白（ＡＬＢ）含量较对照组显著增高，且随ＣＳ２接触浓度增高、工龄延长而升高明显。结论长期接触一定浓度ＣＳ２可引起工人肾小管和肾小球的混合性损伤；β２ＭＧ和ＡＬＢ可作为慢性ＣＳ２肾损伤的早期监测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective Tostudytherelationshipbetweenlevelofexposuretocarbondisulfide(CS2)anddamagetorenalfunction. Methods Urineproteinwasanalyzedfor180workersexposedtoCS2withvariedairconcentrationsintheirworkplacesanddurationofemploymentandfor90unexposedcontrolsatthesamefactory. Results Levelsofurine2microglobulinandalbumin(ALB)increasedsignificantlyintheworkersexposedtoCS2thanthoseinthecontrols,withconcentrationsofexposureanddurationofemployment. Conclusion Urime2MGandALBcouldbeusedasearlybiomarkersofrenaldamageinmonitoringfortheworkersexposedtoCS2. |
