新生儿脐炎56例临床分析

新生儿脐炎为常见病。本组病例多发生于初生第一周内,脐部均可见炎性渗出物,但脐部显示红、肿之炎症表现者不到半数,本组资料提示金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌为主要致病菌,败血症、硬肿症及高胆红素血症为重要并发症。积极防治并发症是治疗本病的关键。庆大霉素可作为治疗新生儿脐炎的首选药物之一。

NEONATAL OMPHALITIS-CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 56 CASES

Neonatal omphalitis is a disease of common occurence. Most of the patients came to the clinic during the first weeek after the birth. Local inflammatory exudate could be found in all cases, but congestion and/or swelling were found only in less than half of the cases. The leading bactraial species cultured were staphylococous aureus. Escherchia coli and proteus and the chief complications were cepticemia. sclerodererma neonatorum and hyperbilirubinemia and treatment of complications are the key. from the result of drug sensitivity tests, gentamycin seems to be the antibiotics of first choice.
