亚硒酸钠与细胞的作用

摘    要:通过测定巨噬细胞的存活率、脂质过氧化、细胞内游离Ca2+、Mg2+的浓度和红细胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶和Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,研究了亚硒酸钠与细胞的作用。结果表明高浓度的Na2SeO3(≥10-4mol·L-1)有明显的细胞毒性;Na2SeO3对巨噬细胞的毒性作用引起细胞内游离Ca2+、Mg2+浓度升高;但Mg2+浓度升高比Ca2+慢;较高浓度的Na2SeO3(≥10-5mol·L-1)能抑制红细胞膜Ca2+-ATP酶和Mg2+-ATP酶的活性,但对Mg2+-ATP酶活性的抑制作用要低于对Ca2+-ATP酶活性的抑制作用。

Effects of Sodium Selenite on Cell
Abstract:The effects of Na2SeO3 on macrophage were studied by means of the survival percentage of macrophage,the lipid peroxides,the cytoplasmic free Ca2+and Mg2+concentration,the activity of Ca2+-ATP ase and Mg2+-ATP ase of erythrocyte membrane.The results showed that the high concentration Na2SeO3(≥10-4mol·L-1)had the cytotoxicity.The poisonous effect of Na2SeO3 on macrophage led to the increase of cytoplasmic free Ca2+and Mg2+concentration,but the increase of cytoplasmic free Mg2 concentration was slower than that of cytoplasmic free Ca2+concentration.High concentration Na2SeO3 inhibited the Ca2+-ATPase and Mg2+-ATPase activity.But the inhibition to Mg2+-ATPase was Weaker than that to Ca2+-ATPase.
