有机锗对铅所致小鼠学习记忆障碍的拮抗作用

摘    要:用避暗法和水迷宫法研究了锗对铅所致的小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。ICR系小鼠隔日腹腔注射羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132,25mg/kg)和/或醋酸铅(15mg/kg)28天。结果表明暴露于铅20天后小鼠学习记忆能力受障碍,同时给予Ge-132能明显地拮抗铅的这种毒作用。提示,Ge-132能拮抗铅所致的神经行为功能的破坏作用

Effect of germanium on learning and memory disturbance caused by lead in mice

Abstract:By using step through test and water maze test the effects of germanium on ICR mouse learning and memory disturbance caused by lead were studied by administering i.p. carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide i.p.(Ge-132,25 mg/kg)and/or lead acetate(PbAc2,15 mg/kg)for 28 days,one time every two days.The results showed that after exposure to 20 days the learning and memory disturbance caused by the injection of PbAc2 was antagonized by Ge-132 significantly(P<0.01).This suggested that Ge-132 might play a protective role in neurobehavioral function damage induced by lead.
