经阴道彩超介入治疗盆腔包裹性积液的临床价值

目的　探讨经阴道彩超监测下介入治疗盆腔包裹性积液的临床价值。方法　经阴道彩超引导下穿刺抽液 ,介入抗生素等药物治疗 60例患者 ,并与同期手术治疗 3 0例患者对比。结果　 60例盆腔包裹性积液经阴道彩超引导穿刺介入治疗成功率为 10 0 % (60 / 60 ) ,总有效率为 93 % (5 6/ 60 ) ,手术治疗组成功率为 10 0 % (3 0 / 3 0 ) ,有效率为 93 % (2 8/ 3 0 )。结论　盆腔包裹性积液穿刺后随访 6～ 2 4个月疗效确定 ,操作简便 ,价廉安全 ,无须手术 ,与手术治疗获得同样疗效 ,值得临床应用

Treatment of Pelvic Encapsulated Effusion by Transvaginal Ultrasonography-Guided Puncture and Aspiration and Local Interventional Theraphy

Objective To assess the treatment of pelvic encapsulated effusion by transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods Sixty patients with pelvic encapsulated effusion were treated by transvaginal ultrasonography guided puncture and local application of antibiotics, dexamethasone and chymotrypsin. Another 30 patients with the same disease were operated on. Results The two different methods of treatment were successfully done in all the 90 patients. The rate of resolution was 93%(56/60) with puncture by transvaginal ultrasonography and also 93(28/30) with operation. Conclusion After 6 24 months of follow up, we find that transvaginal ultrasonography guided puncture is an effective method of treatment of pelvic encapsulated effusion, equal to operative therapy, and has low risks for patients. It is worth applying widely.
