布-卡氏(Budd—Chiari)综合征的血管造影诊断(附12例报告)

本文报导了12例布—卡氏综合征的临床资料及血管造影结果,并结合文献对该12例下腔静脉型布—卡氏综合征予以分型、讨论。12例布—卡氏综合征可分为膈膜狭窄型、膈膜闭锁型、节段狭窄或闭锁型及血栓形成闭塞型4种类型,这种分型对于手术或PTA有着重要意义,作者认为血管造影对于布—卡氏综合征是必不可少的,尤以数字减影血管造影(DSA)为佳。在造影时可根据需要行右心房、下腔静脉双向同时造影,亦可补充右前斜位投照,以便使梗阻形态显示更清楚。

The Angiographic Diagnosis of Budd - Chiari Syndrome (A Report of 12 Cases)

The clinical data and angiography of 12 cases with Budd - Chiari syndrome (BCS) were reported. BCS of 12 cuses was divided into 4 types, including membranous stenosis, membranous obstruction, segmental stenosis or obstruction and trrombosis obstraction, in doing so, it was of significance on operation or PTA of BCS. The authors consider that angiography should be need in diognosis of BCS, and DSA is best. The radiocardiography of right atria and inferior vena cava (IVC) may be done at the same time if needed so that the shape of obstruction of IVC can be demonstrated clear.
