目的 :探讨肺癌并发上腔静脉综合征 (SVCS)的治疗价值和最佳治疗方案。方法 :将 82例患者分为综合治疗组 (化疗 +放疗 +化疗 )、单纯化疗组和单纯放疗组进行疗效比较分析。结果 :综合组的缓解率为 6 7.9% ,明显高于单纯化疗组的 35 .5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,亦高于单纯放疗组的 39.1

The Treatment of Lung Cancer Complicated with Superior Vena Cava Syndrome

Objective: To explore the therapeutic value and the best treatment method for lung cancer complicated with superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS). Methods: 82 patients were divided into three groups: combined therapy group, chemotherapy alone group, and radiotherapy alone group. The therapeutic results were compared. Results: In combined therapy group, an overall response rate (RR) of 67.9% was significantly higher than that of 35.5% and 39.1% in chemotherapy alone group and radiotherapy alone group, respectively (P1/40.05). There was also a longer average remission stage and survival time in combined group. Conclusion: The patients' condition may be relieved and the survival time may be protracted for lung cancer complicated with SVCS by the active treatment. The combined therapy is the best treatment method.
