济南市因伤害导致的间接经济损失情况调查分析

目的:了解济南市某区居民因伤害发生而导致的间接经济损失,以便为确定今后伤害防治重点和制定有效措施提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样结合系统抽样的方法抽取济南市某区2个调查现场(1个城区办事处,1个农村),采用统一调查表、统一方式进行入户调查。结果:调查的390户家庭共1820人,2003年发生意外伤害种类有8种,共计84人次,其中,因伤害休工休学74人,累计1773.54天;限制活动80人,累计2192.00天;卧床767人,累计949.00天。大于19岁的因伤害休工人数共53人,因休工损失人民币145745.98元。结论:社区应加强对居民的伤害预防与控制,以减少伤害给居民造成的经济损失。

Andalysis of a Survey on Indirect Economic Loss Caused by Enjury in Ji'nan City

Objectsives:The main objective is to know about the indirect economic loss caused by the injury in one borough of Jinan,ascertain the important points and make out effective measures about preventing injury. Methods:Cluster sampling and systematic sampling were used to draw out 490 family from one urban community and one village in Jinan,face to face interview method and using the similar questionnaire and investigation method in the interviewees' houses was used. Results:there were 84 persons suffered 8 kinds of injuries among 1 820 people in the year 2003. And there were 74 persons who were rested up to 1 773.54days,80 persons who were impaired movement,up to 2 192 days,76 persons who were limited in bed,up to 949.00 days.There were 53 people older than 19 who didn$t work and lost $145 745.98. Conclusions:The survey stimulated people to improve their conscious about preventing injuries.The government should make out effective measures to reduce the indirect loss on injury.
