严重胸腹伤87例救治分析

目的　分析胸腹多发伤的临床表现、诊断及治疗的特点 ,以提高疗效。方法　分析我院 1991年 1月至 2 0 0 1年 1月收治的 87例胸腹多发伤病例的临床表现、诊断和治疗的情况。结果　本组治愈 77例 ,死亡 10例 ,死亡率 11.5 0 % ;开放性损伤死亡 8例 ,其中 3例死于失血性休克。 5例胸内心脏大血管损伤因治疗延迟而死亡 ;闭合性损伤死亡 2例 ,均因创伤广泛、术后并发严重感染致死。结论　胸腹多发伤伤情重 ,发展快 ,其疗效主要取决于损伤的轻重、就诊的早晚、救治是否及时、全面和正确程度。

Diagnosis and treatment of 87 cases of thoracicoabdominal multiple injury

Objective To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and therapy of thoracicoabdominal multiple injury.Method 87 patients with thoracicoabdominal multiple injury treated in our hospital were collected,and their clinical features,diagnosis and therapy were analyzed.Results In this group,77 patients were cured and 10 patients died,with a motility rate of 11.50%.8 patients died from open wounds,and 3 of them died from hemorrhage shock.5 patients with intrathoracic cardiovascular injury died from delayed therapy.2 patients with closed injury died from extensive injury and severe postoperative infection.Conclusions Thoracicoabdominal multiple injury is a kind of severe,progressive injury.Timely and correct therapy can improve the prognosis.
