脑梗死患者血液流变学指标和血脂分析的临床意义

目的: 探讨脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标及血脂水平检测的临床价值。方法: 分别测定脑梗死患者及正常健康对照者的全血高、低切黏度值、血浆黏度值、红细胞比容、血沉及血清总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三脂(TG),并进行统计处理。结果: 脑梗死组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容及血脂测定结果与对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01),尤其全血低切黏度值及血清TG差异更明显(P<0.01)。结论: 脑梗死患者早期血液流变学指标及血脂分析对临床诊断及预防脑梗死的发生具有重要的临床价值。

Value of hemorrheology index and blood lipid analysis in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of hemorrheology index and blood lipid analysis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:The whole blood(high or low shear)viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit(HCT),total cholesterot(T-CH)and triglyceride(TG)were determined in patients with cerebral infarction and the controls.Results:The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT,T-CH and TG of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.01),especially the whole blood viscosity and TG.Conclusions:The hemorrheology index and blood lipid analysis in the the early stage have great clinical value for the diagnosis and prevention of cerebral infarction.
