唯尔钙口服液治疗儿童佝偻病的临床疗效观察

目的探讨唯尔钙口服液在儿童佝偻病治疗中的疗效。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测儿童全血中的钙含量,筛选钙含量明显低于正常值的佝偻病的患者200例,按临床症状、体征随机分2组,治疗组给予唯尔钙口服液,对照组给予牡蛎碳酸钙颗粒,治疗1个月后比较两组的临床症状、体征的改善情况和钙的浓度变化。结果两组的临床症状和体征均有明显改善,钙的浓度明显增高,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论唯尔钙口服液治疗佝偻病确有较好疗效,和牡蛎碳酸钙颗粒具有同等疗效。

Observation on Clinical Effect of Elsevier Oral Calcium on Rickets in Children

[Objective]To explore the efficacy of Elsevier oral calcium on treatment of rickets in children.[Methods]The calcium contents in whole blood of children were tested by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,200 rickets patients whose calcium contents was significantly lower than normal value were screened and randomly divided into two groups according to clinical symptoms and signs.The treatment group was given Elsevier oral calcium,and the control group was treated by oyster calcium carbonate particles.After one month of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,change of calcium concentration between two groups were compared.[Results]In two groups,the clinical symptoms and signs improved significantly,calcium concentrations increased significantly,but there was no significant different between two groups（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]Elsevier oral calcium has good effect on treatment of rickets,which has the same effect as the oyster calcium carbonate particles.
