DM2肾病患者血浆ET和血清脂联素检测的临床意义

目的：探讨了2型糖尿病（DM2）肾病患者血浆ET和血清脂联素水平的变化及意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对32例DM2患者进行了血浆ET和血清脂联素水平的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：DM2肾病患者血浆ET水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,而血清脂联素水平则非常显著地低于正常人组（P〈0.01）,两者呈明显的负相关（r=-0.4312,P〈0.05）。结论：检测DM2肾病患者血浆ET和血清脂联素水平的变化可为DM2肾病患者的早期诊断、预防和治疗提供一种有效的手段。

Clinical Significance of Determination of Plasma ET and Serum Adiponectin Levels in Type 2 Diabetics with Nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET and serum adiponectin levels in type 2 diabetics with nephropathy.Methods Plasma ET and serum adiponectin levels were determined with RIA in 32 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and 35 controls.Results In the patients the plasma ET levels were significantly higher and serum adiponectin levels were significantly lower than those in controls（P〈0.01）.Levels of ET and adiponectin were matually negatively correlated（r=-0.4312,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Determination of plasma ET and serum adiponectin levels might be of use in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
