颞下颌关节盘前移位后双板区组织内的细胞增殖与细胞凋亡

摘    要:目的:探讨颞下颌关节盘前移位后双板区组织的适应性改建过程中是否有细胞增殖与细胞凋亡过程的参与.方法:采用12只成年兔,其中8只兔的右侧关节盘被手术前移固定,另外4只为正常对照,随机分为A、B两组,每组各4只实验兔和2只正常兔,分别对双板区组织进行抗增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组化染色和透射电镜观察.结果:关节盘前移位后,双板区内可见部分细胞的胞核呈圆形或椭圆形,其内PCNA阳性.透射电镜下可见:部分细胞形体较小、胞膜或胞核明显皱缩、核染色质呈片块状或核膜下聚集、粗面内质网极度扩张等.结论:细胞增殖与细胞凋亡均参与了颞下颌关节盘前移位后双板区组织的适应性改建过程.

Abstract:Objective: To explore if cell proliferation and apoptosis take part in the adaptive alterations of the bilaminar zone(BZ) following anterior disc displacement(ADD) of temporomandibular joint.Methods: 12 adult rabbits were adopted,in which right disc of 8 rabbits were induced forward and fixed in the zygomatic arch,and the other 4 rabbits were used as normal control group,they were divided into two groups at random.Each group contained 4 experimental and 2 control rabbits.The proliferation and apoptosis of cells in the BZ were examined by the expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and the ultrastructural changes respectively.Results: After ADD,some cells in the BZ appeared round or oval shape,in which PCNA was positive.Under transmission electron microscope,some cells took on the shrinkage of cytomembrane or nuclear membrane,and the chromatin accumulated in domains or under nuclear membrane,rough endoplasmic reticulum obviouly expanded.Conclusions: Both cell proliferation and apoptosis participated in the process of adaptive change of the BZ following ADD of temporomandibular joint.
