关于培养学生科研能力的思考与实践

摘    要:根据社会发展的需要,对科研能力必须进行重新界定,文章总结了教学工作中培养科研能力的心得体会。通过论证表明,培养学生科研能力应着重于优化教学内容,拓宽和提升教学过程中各教学环节对科研能力培养和训练的功能水平;同时应加大辅导力度,加强科研活动对学生科研能力培训的针对性和实效性。此外。还应强化以人为本的服务意识,创建和营造对培养科研能力有利的环境和氛围。

Abstract:Based on the need of social development, the author redefines the meaning of research ability and summarizes the knowledge and experience got from teaching in training students' research ability. By expounding and proving, the results are that training students' research ability should start from the optimized teaching content and widely raising the functional level of training student' research ability in every links of teaching course. At the same time, teachers should stress the strength of guidance and emphasize actual effect of research activities. In addition, teachers should stress the humanistic service consciousness and build up a beneficial environment and atmosphere to train students' research ability as well.
