| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对温度监控的具体研究，达到培养浮游菌的最佳温度。以其更有利于生产。方法：以水为溶剂，将培养基制成后，置于恒温箱中，培养，观察。结果：经一系列的实验中证明，在34 1℃的条件下，菌落生长最为良好。结论：在34 1℃下培养，菌落能完全生长，有利于观察，有利于生产。

| Abstract: | Objective:Through the specific research of controlling the temperature,we got the best temperature of nourishing plankton bacterium,it's better for production.Method:Take water as dissolvent,make the culture medium,put it into constant temperature oven,nourish and obser- vation.Result:After several experiments,colony can grow better at the condition of 34+1.Con- clusion:At 34+1,colony can grow completely,better for observation and production. |
