络活喜并苯那普利治疗老年原发性高血压的探讨

目的 络活喜（ＡＭ）合并苯那普利（ＢＥ）治疗老年原发性高血压的探讨。方法 将符合条件的２２２例高血压病患者随机分为三组，ＡＭ＋ＢＥ组（Ａ组）７６例，ＡＭ组（Ｂ组）７２例，三组在性别、年龄及病程等方面无显著差别。

Treating hypertension in old man with ampolipine beslate (AM) combining with benazepril(BE)

Objectives A study in treated hypertension in old man with Ampolipine beslate(AM) combining with Benazepril(BE).Methods The cases were divided into three groups randomly.There were 76cases in group A,in this group the patients were treated with AM 2.5mg(7am) plus BE 5mg (7pm).74 cases in group B,in this group the patients were treated with AM 5mg.and 72 cases in group cwere treated with BE 10mg.The medicine were given at 7am in group B and C.If the effect can not be keep for 24 hour when the medicine was given only one dose daily in group B and C,the dose for one day can be given separately(7am and 7pm).The dose of each group may be regulated according to blood pressure.There were no different in sex ,age ,and disease course during three groups.Results The results of study showed that the curative effect of group A was superior than group B and C.The untoward effect of group A was less than group B and C.It was no untoward effect to blood system, heart rate ,blood electrolyte,liver function and renal function .Conclusions AM BE may be taken as a first choice for treating hypertension combining coronary heart disease,renal disease and diabetes
