舒他西林和头孢拉定治疗慢性阻塞性肺病下呼吸道感染的随机对比研究

评价舒他西林对慢性阻塞性肺病下呼吸道感染的治疗作用。将５３例慢性阻塞性肺病下呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组，治疗组３１例，采用舒他西林２．２５ｇ，静脉滴注，每１２ｈ一次；对照组２２例，采用头孢拉定３．０ｇ，静脉滴注，每１２ｈ一次，两组疗程均为７ｄ。结果发现，舒他西林治疗组的总有效率为８３．９％，细菌清除率为７７．３％；头孢拉定治疗组总有效率为８６．４％，细菌清除率为８１．３％。两组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。两组患者共分离出病原菌３８株，药敏试验提示对舒他西林敏感者占７９．０％，对头孢拉定敏感者占８１．６％。两组患者治疗过程中不良反应均较轻微，说明舒他西林治疗慢性阻塞性肺病下呼吸道感染具有一定的治疗价值。

A randomized controlled study of sultamicillin and cefradine in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

To study the therapeutic effects of sultamicillin in treating severe lower respiratory tract infections. Fifty three patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and lower respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into two groups. One group ( n =31) was treated with sultamicillin 2.25g, iv, q12h for 7d. The other group ( n =22) was treated with cefradine 3g, iv, q12h for 7d. The effective rates were 83.9% in sultamicillin group, and 86.4% in cefradine group, P >0.05. The bacterial clearance rates were 77.3% in sultamicillin group, and 81.8% in cefradine group, P >0.05. The drug sensitivity rates of the relevant bacillin were 79.0% in sultamicillin group and 81.6% in cefradine group respectively. Serious side effects were not observed during the treatment course. Sultamicillin is an effective antibiotic in the treatment of severe lower respiratory tract infection.
