健康教育对诱导期血液透析患者的影响

目的探讨健康教育对诱导期血液透析患者的影响。方法46例诱导期血液透析患者随机分为2组，观察组23例，对照组23例，观察组在常规治疗护理及传统的卫生宣教基础上采用透析前访视、透析过程中教育和透析后访视相结合的健康教育方式，进行健康教育，而对照组仅做常规治疗护理及传统的卫生宣教，2-3周后，比较2组患者生活质量的相关指标。结果通过健康教育，观察组大部分患者情绪稳定配合治疗，血管通路保护良好，能合理饮食。生活质量明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论将健康教育能有效缓解诱导期血液透析患者的心理压力，帮助其建立正确的生活方式，提高生活质量，使其顺利过渡到维持性血液透析。

Effect of Healthy Education on Hemodialysis Patients in Induction Phase

Objective To investigate the effect of healthy education on quality of hemodialysis patients＇ life in induction phase. Methods Forty-six patients were divided into survey group and control group at random, with twenty-three in each group,interview before hemodialysis,instruction on hemodialysis and interview after hemodialysis was performed in survey group based on conventional therapy and nursing and traditional propaganda and education, however,conventional therapy and nursing and traditional propaganda and education were only carried out in control group, comparing to quality of life of two groups after 2 to 3 weeks. Results A majority of patients in survey group were in stable emotion and were partnered treatment,weight control of them was well, vascular access was protected well, and could diet reasonably by healthy education, Quality of their life was obviously better than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Healthy education can relieve mental stress of hemedialysis patients in induction phase effectively,help them build up perfect style of life,enhance quality of life,and make them transit to the maintenance hemedialysis successfully.
