COSEM图像重建方法的技术特点和应用

SPECT、正电子符合线路和PET图像质量受图像采集方法、射线在体内衰减以及图像重建方法等因素的影响。在假设图像采集方法和射线在体内衰减因素不变的情况下，由二维投影数据重建三维图像，由于重建方法不同会明显影响图像质量。COSEM和滤波投影（FBP）及代数迭代重建方法比较，能明显改进SPECT、正电子符合线路及PET图像的质量，特别是正电子符合线路和PET图像的质量。

Features and applications of the image reconstruction method of COSEM

Image quality of SPECT Positron accord circuitry and PET is affected by the methods of image acquisition,the radial attenuation inner body and the methods of image reconstruction.If suppose that the methods of image acquisition and the radial attenuation inner body keep invariably,the three dimension image is reconstructed from projection data of two dimension,then the quality of image is affected significantly by dissimilarity of the methods of reconstruction.Compared with FBP and Algebraic iterative reconstruction,COSEM is helpful to improve the image quality of SPECT, positron accord circuitry and PET greatly.
