| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声对妊娠黄体囊肿出血的诊断价值。方法分析8例经病理证实妊娠合并黄体破裂声像图特点。结果8例患者临床拟诊为急性阑尾炎或异位妊娠,超声检查提示宫内妊娠合并附件囊肿3例,宫外孕合并黄体破裂3例,宫内妊娠合并黄体破裂1例,超声只发现右侧附件囊肿1例,术后超声观察到宫内妊娠。结论超声检查在妊娠合并黄体破裂诊断中有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst with pregnancy,and to improve its diagnostic accurancy.Methods Eight pregnant patients with corpus luteum disruption comfirmed by pathology were analyzed restrospectively.Results Three of 8 cases were with accompaniment cyst and intrauterine pregnancy,3 were with corpus luteum disruption and ectopic pregnancy,1 case was with corpus luteum disruption and intrauterine pregnancy,and cyst in right accompaniment was found in 1 case,intrauterine pregnancy was observed by ultrasound after operation.Conclusion Ultrasonography has important clinical value in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst with pregnancy. |
