新生儿先天性消化道畸形62例误诊分析

目的:探讨新生儿先天性消化道畸形误诊原因。方法:查阅2006年1月～2009年6月,收治的新生儿先天性消化道畸形病例,进行统计及回顾性分析。结果:156例新生儿先天性消化道畸形病例,其中62例被误诊,先天性消化道畸形表现形式多样,认识不足,检查不完善,易导致误诊。结论:新生儿先天性消化道畸形易导致误诊,应结合临床表现,及时做相应检查,明确诊断,及时治疗。

62 cases of congenital malformation of digestive tract misdiagnosis

Objective:To investigate the causes on misdiagnosis of neonatal congenital malformation of digestive tract.Methods:Inspection of the January 2006~June 2009,admitted to the digestive tract of newborns with congenital malformations,statistical analysis and review.Results:156 cases of neonatal congenital digestive tract malformations,of which 62 cases were misdiagnosed,many forms of congenital malformation of digestive tract,lack of knowledge,check imperfect,leading to misdiagnosis.Conclusion:Congenital malformation of digestive tract easily lead to misdiagnosis,should be combined with clinical presentation,time to do the appropriate examination,diagnosis,timely treatment.
