胫骨远端粉碎性Pilon骨折的手术治疗

目的探讨粉碎性Pilon骨折临床治疗效果。方法对38例粉碎性Pilon骨折,依据分型,分别用外固定支架及内固定治疗。结果随访6-13个月,根据Olerud评定标准,优20例,良14例, 差4例,优良率89．47％(34／38)。结论无论是外固定支架或内固定治疗,均可使骨折端良好复位,固定可靠,均可早期下床功能锻炼。

Surgical treatment of splintered distal tibial factures

Objective To explore the clinical effects of surgical procedures for splintered distal factures. M ethods 38 cases of splintered distal tibiai factures were treated with either internal or external fixation according to Ruedi-AUgower classification. Results The follow up of 6 to 13 months showed there were 20 excellent cases, 14 fine cases and 4 poor cases by Olerud criteria The clinical satisfaction rate 89.47% (34/38). Conclusion Anatomic reduction and rigid fixation can be obtained with either internal or external fixation in treatment of distal tibid factures The patients can also undergo out-of-bed functional exercises at an early stage.
