| 摘 要： | 目的:观察安环止血汤治疗宫环出血的临床疗效。方法:100例瘀热内阻型患者,以自拟安环止血汤治疗3个月经周期。结果:总有效率97%,治疗后症候积分及血红蛋白(Hb)与治疗前比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗后血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活敏时间(APTT)与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:安环止血汤治疗宫环出血疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Anhuan Zhixue Decoction on bleeding after IUD.Method: 100 patients in stagnated heat and internal resistant syndrome were treated with self-made Anhuan Zhixue Decoction for 3 menstrual cycles.Result: The total effective rate was 97%.There were very significant differences in the scores of symptoms and Hb between post treatment and pre treatment(P<0.01).Compared with pre treatment,PT and APTT of post treatment were different significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Anhuan Zhixue Decoction has certain effect on bleeding after IUD. |
