| 摘 要： | 目的观察鞍麻和骶麻、局麻在肛肠手术中的麻醉效果及对血流动力学的影响。方法90例肛肠手术患者分成三组，每组30例，分别采用局麻、鞍麻和骶麻。观察术中的镇痛、肌松效果，监测术前、术中的HR、MAP、SpO2变化。结果鞍麻组麻醉效果满意率明显高于骶麻、局麻组（P〈0．05）；而在血流动力学方面，鞍麻组和骶麻组术前、术中的HR、MAP、SpO2均无明显改变（P〉0．05）。结论鞍麻在肛肠手术有比骶麻、局麻更好的优势，而且其麻醉效果确切，操作简单，局部解剖变异少，是肛肠手术的一种理想的麻醉方法。
