| 摘 要： | 目的通过对19例经关节镜治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折患者的随访观察,评价关节镜技术在胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折治疗方面的应用价值。方法19例患者均为胫骨髁间嵴前交叉韧带附着处撕脱骨折,且在伤后3周内接受关节镜下撕脱骨折复位钢丝贯穿缝合固定术。根据Lysholm评分表对本组患者的膝关节功能及手术效果进行评价。结果19例患者中16例获得有效随访,手术前平均Lysholm评分为（7.7±1.3）分,手术后平均Lysholm评分为（95.1±7.2）分,手术效果优良率87.5%。结论关节镜下治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的手术方式安全有效,且创伤较小。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of arthroscopic treatment of tibial eminence intercondylar avulsion fracture.Methods All patients (19 cases) had avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence and received arthroscopic treatment.The knee function and operative results were evaluated by Lysholm scores.Results Sixteen of 19 patients had effective follow-ups,Lysholm score was 7.7±1.3 before operation,and 95.1±7.2 after operation.The excellence rate was 87.5%.Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of tibial intercondylar eminence avulsion fractures is safe and effective,with relatively smaller traumas. |
