| 摘 要： | 鼻出血是耳鼻喉科最常见的急症之一,其发病非常普遍,病因甚多,有些病人因反复出血影响了正常的工作、学习和生活1,2].小儿及青少年鼻出血大多在鼻腔前端黎氏区;而40岁以上的中老年人鼻出血多发生于鼻腔后部,其解剖部位为下鼻道后方静脉丛血管破裂出血.
