| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症监护室新生儿电解质紊乱的类型及发生率之间的关系,指导临床治疗.方法患儿入室后立即取桡动脉血0.1ml,采用美国i-STAT便携式血气分析仪测定血电解质,以后根据病情再复查血电解质.结果 2154例患儿共4073例次血电解质测定中,有1244例(57.75%)共1739例次伴不同类型的电解质紊乱,其中低钠血症368例,高钠血症7例,低钾血症273例,高钾血症79例,低钙血症388例,高钙血症215例,且与原发病有关.结论对危重新生儿血电解质进行动态监测,提高了诊断的准确性,极大地提高了抢救成功率.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the relationship of type and incidence rate of neonatal blood electrolyte disturbance in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU),it is helpful to treatment.Methods:0.1ml blood of radial artery was drew for blood electrolyte detected immediately when neonate sent to NICU,use the i-STAT portable instrument of blood gas analysis made in America,check it according to the state of illness later.Rusults:In the blood electrolyte analysis of 2154 neonates and 4073 number of times,1244 cases(57.75%) and 1739 number of times had blood electrolyte disturbance,in which there were 368 cases of hyponatremia,7 cases of hypernatremia,273 cases of hypokalemia,79 cases of hyperkalemia,388 cases of hypocalcemia,215 cases of hypercalcemia.It was relate to original diseases.Conclusion:Examination of blood electrolyte analysis frequently can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,increase the success rate of rescue greatly. |
