高流行区恶性疟患者的抗恶性疟原虫抗体与免疫状态的关系

摘    要:用戊二醛固定、空气干燥的单层感染红细胞作抗原,以RESA-IFA试验检测恶性疟患者的RESA抗体可反映患者对恶性疟原虫感染的临床免疫状况。患者的RESA抗体滴度与年龄及在疫区居住时间呈正相关(r_s分别为0.531和0.313,P均<0.05);与原虫密度呈负相关(r_s=0.353,P<0.05)。但全虫抗原及环状体抗原检出的抗体滴度与上述指标似无关。


STUDY ON RELATION BETWEEN ANTIBODIES TO PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM AND CLINICAL IMMUNITY TO INFECTION IN FALCIPARUM MALARIA PATIENTS IN HYPERENDEMIC AREAS
Abstract:Sera from patients infected with Plasmodium falciparum were tested for antibodies against total plasmodium falciparum antigen, ring form antigen and RESA (glutalde-hyde fixed ring form antigen)by IFA.Positive correlations existed between titer of antibody to RESA and patients' age as well as period of inhabitation in endemic area (rs 0.531 and 0.313, p<0.05). Negative correlation was found between titer of antibody and parasite density (rs 0.353, p<0.05). For antibodies against total Plasmodium falciparum antigen and ring form antigen,such correlations did not exist. High titer of antibody against RESA might reflect a clinical immunity state and RESA might prove to be a promising candidate for passive vaccination.
